The shopping centre located along Djibouty Road will have three floors of retails shops, cafes, groceries, supermarket, food court, even halls and more. The shopping mall will be the key business centre for a the estate and beyond.

Al Nur Leadership Academy

Firdawsa Villas youngsters will have the choice of joining a comprehensive primary school - Al Nur Leadership Academy where students will be prepared from early stage to be ethically aware individuals who can provide the much required conscientious professionals and leaders.

Bungalow Options.

People have different tastes and requirements and to cater for this, we have provided two options for those who wish to develop bungalows in their plots. Remember the plans we have are for single plots of 80 by 60 ft. Those who wish to have an expansive gardens with all the facilities they wish to include there have purchased two adjacent plots.  These designs are subject to minor alteration if the opted construction technology requires such modifications.

The Villas

Firdawsa Villas home buyers will have the choice of two award wining designs developed by internationally recognised architects. These designs will come with the package and as part of the contract between Al Rayan and the plot buyers. Changes can be made on the inner aspects of the design including expansion of the size of the property. The outside facade will remain the same to give the estate a uniform look. The state will have two key designs. 

The villas, open and yet extremely private, are designed for comfort and delight of families with high expectations. With four bedrooms and villas are design to beautifully with their natural surroundings.. This is the first time a development company has gone out of its way to provide its clients with not only the vision but also the designed package at no additional cost to the client. The contemporary design of the villas features elegant living areas, double kitchens and indulgent bedroom and bathroom suites.

Our choice of these design was largely influenced by our intention not compromise expectations of our clients by copying existing trends in Hargeisa.   

  Well Managed Estate

 The gated estate common areas, utilities, garden and the local shopping precinct will be managed by Al Rayan. This is to ensure that the common area will not fall into disrepair and misuse. All the 200 plot owners and businesses in the estate will contribute an an affordable annual service charge payable either quarterly or yearly for the management of the common areas and facilities.

Water and Electricity Supply

Al Rayan will also be offering the resident either of two options for the supply of water and electricity. 

Option one is a cooperative venture whereby all residents contribute equally for the sinking of borehole, the construction of a main water reservoir, and the main generator. The management of the utilities can then be awarded to Masjid Firdawsa as a way of ensuring it non-profit nature and at the same time giving the masjid an opportunity to earn income from the management services.  

Option two: Al Rayan will take up the cost of development. The residents will then have to pay for the services at a slightly higher prices than if they had opted for option one. 

Both options are better than relying on non-existence Municipal services and the expensive and unreliable services of the existing companies.

Reliable Power

The estate will have its own reliable electricity supply that will include generator and solar panels. These will remove dependancy on unreliable and expensive private suppliers.

Water Solution

The estate will have its own independent water supply. This will include a borehole and appropriate storage and recycling system.

Shopping Precinct

The estate will have a local shopping precinct that will have a grocery, a cafe, a multipurpose hall, and a gym.

Education

The estate will feature a nursery school. There will also be an integrated school that will cater for the need of children with disabilities. 

Mosque & Madrasa

Residents of the estate will have access to a mosque that will be established right at the centre of the estate.
